A deaf-mute booker on the hunt for kicks and
deep basslines
THE STORY
VALERI lost his hearing in an accident and thus his profession as a music composer. Since then a gray veil lies over his life. His passion for music seems gone and the lack of inspiration drives him to the brink of depression. But his best friend FULLA knows that music is Valeri's only chance for happiness and starts to treat him with music in his own way. He takes him to many partys. Tech House, Deep House, Deep Tech. Deep baselines and thumping kicks are supposed to shoot Valeri right into his spinal cord. So deep that he can't hear the music, but he can physically feel it. It works. His passion gets revived. Through Fullas connection they become member of the SUPPRESSED GODS Private Club. Valeri feels the call to contribute in some way in order to give something back. When he got asked to become the booker of the SUPPRESSED GODS Partys he embraces the opportunity and scouts DJs for the next SUPPRESSED GODS Party. An impressive journey through the electronic nightlife begins, during which it is Valeri who reminds Riza how much music can change a life when you feel it.
THE EPISODES
In the first season of the series, Valeri as booker puts together the line-up for the next SG party on 16.11.2024. But without an ear, he develops his very own method to ensure that only the creme del la creme plays at his event. He attends selected parties and feels the vibe of the DJs. Only when the bass massages his soul and he is flooded with positive energy from strangers on the dance floor does he recruit the DJ to SG PC and invite him to the party on 16.11.2024 as an act.
In each episode, a DJ will be scouted by Valeri. After the episode is published, this DJ will be announced on social media in the line-up of SG on 16.11.2024 and as an act.
In the penultimate episode, Valeri completes his booking with the last DJ and visits the final location where the SG party will take place for the first time. The last episode is the grand finale with the party on 16.11.2024. This is where all the DJs meet for the first time and create an unforgettable night, just like in a movie. With the release of the last episode, the second season will begin, in which Valeri and SG will organize several exclusive parties in the coolest locations. 2025 throughout Germany. 2026 throughout Europe. 2027 world wide - and the journey continues.
